AI training

Your AI rollout needs a capable team.

The business value of an AI application also depends on how people use it. Role-specific training prepares managers and teams to use applications effectively, assess results and identify improvements.

Who this is for

For businesses supporting an AI rollout or building specific capabilities. Content and exercises reflect roles, existing knowledge, applications and approved tools. Available in German and English.

What your team learns

We cover what language models can do, the information they need and their limitations. Participants practise providing useful context, explaining requirements and improving results.

That includes deciding when AI is suitable and when another approach works better. We discuss confidential information and internal rules using examples your company has approved.

Exercises from everyday work

Depending on the group, exercises can involve drafting, meeting preparation, analysing approved documents or structured research. We check facts, completeness and tone rather than stopping at the first response.

Managers also need criteria for choosing applications and assessing effort and value. Experienced participants can work on more complex workflows and their own quality criteria.

Preparation and putting learning into practice

Before the training, we agree learning goals, existing knowledge, tools and suitable tasks. We also establish which accounts participants need so that workshop time can be used for practical work.

The agreed scope includes relevant exercise materials and a task to apply the learning afterwards. Understanding becomes visible when participants can work through a case and explain their assessment of the result.

Connect learning to implementation results

Participants work on relevant tasks against agreed quality criteria. Exercises show whether they can use the workflow, explain their assessment and escalate exceptions appropriately.

Training provides feedback for adoption. Missing prerequisites and unclear workflows become visible before the application is rolled out more widely.

Is the training for beginners or experienced users?

Both are possible, with different learning goals. We discuss the tasks participants should be able to handle and the experience they bring. Separate formats can make sense where knowledge levels vary widely.
